Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPY30-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, NOL11, and LCLAT1. Each is linked with DPY30 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY30-to-partner and partner-to-DPY30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPY30 versus CXCR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPY30→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPY30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
