DPY30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPY30-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINA15P, CTBP2P10, and NUTF2P8. Each is linked with DPY30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY30-to-partner and partner-to-DPY30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINA15P grouped by DPY30-low versus DPY30-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPY30→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPY30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
