Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY19L2P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPY19L2P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1E, CKAP4_S26, and COLGALT1. Each is linked with DPY19L2P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY19L2P4-to-partner and partner-to-DPY19L2P4 results are reported.
