Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY19L1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,867 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPY19L1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF3IP3, FOXK1_S213, and IL16. Each is linked with DPY19L1P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY19L1P1-to-partner and partner-to-DPY19L1P1 results are reported.
