Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY19L1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPY19L1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A4, TIMM50, and FBRSL1. Each is linked with DPY19L1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY19L1P1-to-partner and partner-to-DPY19L1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A4 grouped by DPY19L1P1-low versus DPY19L1P1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPY19L1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPY19L1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
