DPPA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,362 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4C, NIBAN3, and WAKMAR2. Each is linked with DPPA4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA4-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPPA4 versus CLEC4C in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.14.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPPA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPPA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
