The most reproducible DPPA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments. Each is linked with DPPA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA4-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA4 results are reported.
