Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPPA3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPPA3 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DPPA3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPPA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DPPA3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
