Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,331 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex organization, Telomere organization, and Mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with DPPA3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA3-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA3 results are reported.
