Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,828 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Regulation of protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region, and Mitochondrial membrane organization. Each is linked with DPPA2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA2 results are reported.
