Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPPA2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DPPA2 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher DPPA2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPPA2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and KIRP show a favorable association.
COAD, MESO, and SCLC are the cancer types where DPPA2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
