DPPA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,130 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCGF1, NCAPH2, and SS18L2. Each is linked with DPPA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCGF1 grouped by DPPA2-low versus DPPA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
