Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 199 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of heart rate, Regulation of sodium ion transmembrane transport, and Negative regulation of interleukin-12 production. Each is linked with DPPA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA2 results are reported.
