Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPPA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with DPPA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA2-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA2 results are reported.
