DPP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,693 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, MIR548Z, and ATP6V1G1P5. Each is linked with DPP9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP9-to-partner and partner-to-DPP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by DPP9-low versus DPP9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
