DPP9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB10, OR7E24, and KRTAP5-4. Each is linked with DPP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP9-to-partner and partner-to-DPP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB10 grouped by DPP9-low versus DPP9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
