DPP8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,087 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCC1, WDR61, and GUCY1A2. Each is linked with DPP8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP8-to-partner and partner-to-DPP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP8 versus RCC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
