Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPP7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPP7 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher DPP7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ESCA, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DPP7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
