Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPP4-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DPP4-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DPP4-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPP4-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THCA show a favorable association.

STAD, BLCA, and LGG are the cancer types where DPP4-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
