DPP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,865 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADD1, CBFB, and PPP1R1A_S67. Each is linked with DPP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP10-to-partner and partner-to-DPP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP10 versus ADD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
