Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIAPH1, SYNGR1, and ENPP2. Each is linked with DPP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP10-to-partner and partner-to-DPP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP10 versus DIAPH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.86.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
