DPP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,569 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, ADNP2, and OIP5. Each is linked with DPP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP10-to-partner and partner-to-DPP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCD2 grouped by DPP10-low versus DPP10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
