Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,375 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Alpha-beta T cell activation, and CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation. Each is linked with DPP10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP10-to-partner and partner-to-DPP10 results are reported.
