DPH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,141 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3651, LINC02634, and PTPRJ. Each is linked with DPH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPH6-to-partner and partner-to-DPH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3651 grouped by DPH6-low versus DPH6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
