DPH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,409 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF2C, DCAF13, and NDC1. Each is linked with DPH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPH2-to-partner and partner-to-DPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPH2 versus KIF2C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
