DPF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,852 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2A, MRPS11, and LCK. Each is linked with DPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF2-to-partner and partner-to-DPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR2A grouped by DPF2-low versus DPF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
