DPF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,601 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UHRF1, UBA2, and MKI67. Each is linked with DPF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPF1-to-partner and partner-to-DPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPF1 versus UHRF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
