DPEP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPEP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,662 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPEP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP48, RTCB, and E2F1. Each is linked with DPEP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPEP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPEP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP48 grouped by DPEP3-low versus DPEP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPEP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPEP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
