Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPAGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPAGT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and XMP metabolic process. Each is linked with DPAGT1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-DPAGT1 results are reported.
