DPAGT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPAGT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,341 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPAGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK8, PTGES3, and SPTBN1. Each is linked with DPAGT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-DPAGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPAGT1 versus MAPK8 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPAGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPAGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
