DPAGT1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPAGT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,740 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPAGT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion, centromeric, Meiotic chromosome condensation, and Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced neuron intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with DPAGT1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-DPAGT1 results are reported.
