Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPAGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,194 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPAGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, SERPINA12, and SULT6B1. Each is linked with DPAGT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPAGT1-to-partner and partner-to-DPAGT1 results are reported.
