DOP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM28, RPA1, and FANCI. Each is linked with DOP1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1B-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBM28 grouped by DOP1B-low versus DOP1B-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
