Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOP1A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DOP1A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DOP1A Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOP1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, SCLC, and LIHC are the cancer types where DOP1A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
