DOP1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,913 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOP1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, RPS13, and SND1. Each is linked with DOP1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1A-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOP1A versus ARID1B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
