Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOP1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,577 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DOP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are IPCEF1, TMEM185B, and SLC7A11. Each is linked with DOP1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1A-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOP1A versus IPCEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
