DOP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOP1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTHFD2, CD207, and WNT5B. Each is linked with DOP1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1A-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTHFD2 grouped by DOP1A-low versus DOP1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
