DOP1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOP1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOP1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, VHL, and p70-S6K_pT389. Each is linked with DOP1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1A-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by DOP1A-low versus DOP1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOP1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOP1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
