Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOP1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,724 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOP1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to endosome transport, Regulation of organelle assembly, and Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with DOP1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOP1A-to-partner and partner-to-DOP1A results are reported.
