Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOLPP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DOLPP1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher DOLPP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOLPP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DOLPP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
