DOLPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOLPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOLPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-728P, TEMN3-AS1, and CDH12P1. Each is linked with DOLPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-DOLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-728P grouped by DOLPP1-low versus DOLPP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
