DOLPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOLPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 153 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOLPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF283, TK1, and ZNF597. Each is linked with DOLPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOLPP1-to-partner and partner-to-DOLPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF283 grouped by DOLPP1-low versus DOLPP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOLPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOLPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
