DOK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, INPP4B, and Notch1. Each is linked with DOK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK6-to-partner and partner-to-DOK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
