DOK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,634 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR549A, POLR2LP1, and SLC36A4. Each is linked with DOK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK5-to-partner and partner-to-DOK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR549A grouped by DOK5-low versus DOK5-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
