DOK4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOK4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,638 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2C3, RNU6-275P, and RNU6-1096P. Each is linked with DOK4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK4-to-partner and partner-to-DOK4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2C3 grouped by DOK4-low versus DOK4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
