DOK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DOK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-8, LCE2B, and SCN10A. Each is linked with DOK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOK3-to-partner and partner-to-DOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-8 grouped by DOK3-low versus DOK3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
