Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DOHH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DOHH data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DOHH Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DOHH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, COAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where DOHH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
