DOHH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOHH RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTN, EPHA5, and TACC2. Each is linked with DOHH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOHH-to-partner and partner-to-DOHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTN grouped by DOHH-low versus DOHH-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
