DOHH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOHH protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,861 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOHH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTARC2, UBTF, and ZNF638_S650. Each is linked with DOHH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOHH-to-partner and partner-to-DOHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DOHH versus MTARC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
