DOHH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DOHH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 349 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DOHH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P2, TMEM167B-DT, and SUGT1-DT. Each is linked with DOHH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DOHH-to-partner and partner-to-DOHH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P2 grouped by DOHH-low versus DOHH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DOHH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DOHH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
